CMB Realty Services has been serving the community since 2005, guided by a simple mission: Empower. Inspire. Educate. With a team of 11 agents, the company is committed to helping clients navigate real estate, going beyond just the sale to truly serve their needs.
CMB Realty Services offers expertise across a wide range of specialties, including Probate/Trust Sales, First-Time Homebuyers, Foreclosures/Short Sales, Veterans, Seniors, and Listing Homes. The company's goal is to help build the community through home ownership.
Leading that mission is Broker-Owner Kama Burton. Living out her passion for education, Kama serves as an Adjunct Professor at Moreno Valley College, where she teaches real estate courses to the next generation of industry professionals. She is also the founder of the nonprofit Loving Me 1st in Moreno Valley, which helps girls understand the importance of loving who they are first by building their self-esteem. In recognition of her community work, Kama was honored with an Honorary Doctorate degree.
In 2026, Kama Burton and CMB Realty Services won the Entrepreneur of the Year award from the IE Black Chamber of Commerce, recognizing her dedication to home ownership and investing.
