(Moreno Valley, California, November 25)  The Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce has named Colonel Bryan M. Bailey, 452d Air Mobility Wing Commander, March Air Reserve Base as its Citizen of the Year for 2026.

Other award nominations are:           Small Business of the Year – Moreno Valley Flower Box, Pop ‘N Flavors, Primerica, The Mexican Kitchen.  Medium Business of the Year – Home Instead, Marinaj Banquets & Events, Saboreé Catering.  Large Business of the Year – Harbor Freight, Highland Fairview, Moss Bros. Auto Group, Riverside Medical Clinic.  Organization of the Year – March Field Air Museum, Moreno Valley Unified School District, Soroptimist International, U. S. Vets.

The awards will be announced at the 2026 Annual Installation and Citizen of the Year Awards Banquet on January 30, 2026, at the March Field Air Museum.
